I’m Sarah, founder of Thrive with Me. From my base in Penzance, I offer warm, supportive life coaching designed to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose. As a life coach working locally in Penzance and online across the UK, I’m here to support you wherever you feel most comfortable.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, uncertain about your next steps, or simply longing for more happiness and fulfilment, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I provide guidance across life coaching, career coaching, career transitioning, alcohol coaching and recovery support, and life after divorce. You don’t need all the answers right now, just a willingness to take that first gentle step, and I’ll be here to support you every step of the way.
I am a qualified ILM Level 5 Coach and Mentor with over 15 years’ experience in training and behavioural change. As a career coach, I specialise in supporting career transitions, helping individuals navigate change with confidence, and helping you take control of your relationship with alcohol while building the confidence and resilience to navigate life’s challenges.
Alongside my professional training, I bring valuable lived experience, allowing me to meet people with depth, empathy, and genuine understanding, without judgement or separation. My background spans addiction services, criminal justice, domestic abuse support, and wider community settings.
These experiences have shaped a grounded, compassionate approach to life coaching that supports real, lasting change. I combine professional expertise with a calm, intuitive style, creating a space where you can feel safe, seen, and fully supported as you move forward in a way that truly fits your life.
There was a time when life looked “fine” on the outside, but inside I felt disconnected, overwhelmed, and unsure of who I really was. I didn’t lack strength; I lacked inner confidence and self-belief. I was searching for purpose, for belonging, for something that made me feel whole. For a while, alcohol helped, but in reality, it was a destructive prop.
Everything shifted the moment I looked at myself honestly. When I thought, is this really the best version of me? It became a major turning point. I sought the help and support I needed, beginning my own journey through addiction recovery. Gradually rebuilding, starting with rehab, which once felt daunting but became a space where I felt safe, seen, and supported. Through counselling and personal growth, I began to rediscover who I truly was, without relying on anything outside of myself.
More peace, more clarity, more you. I see you, because I’ve been that person too.
Along the way, I discovered the importance of movement, nature, and connection. I truly believe our physical and mental wellbeing go hand in hand. When we nurture one, we strengthen the other.
Now, as a life coach and career coach based in Penzance, I’m here to walk alongside you.
